2. Why we use this information

We use information to create and secure accounts; accept and fulfil orders; calculate prices, discounts and delivery; process and reconcile payments; provide order updates and customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain records required for business or legal purposes; and operate and improve the website. We use only information reasonably relevant to these purposes.

3. Payments, hosting and other service providers

We use service providers to operate the store. Razorpay processes online payments. Cloudflare provides website hosting and server infrastructure. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or another external service, that service will process information according to its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell customer personal information.

4. Browser storage

Our site uses browser storage to support features such as your shopping cart and sign-in session. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved cart information or sign you out. Browser storage is not a cross-device cart-sync service.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain order and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by record type. We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your privacy choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may contact us to request access to information associated with your account, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, or help with consent and privacy concerns. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate order, security, or dispute-handling purposes. You may also close or stop using your account; this does not automatically erase records we are legally required to keep.

To make a request, email pagadaladelights@gmail.com from your registered email address where possible. Include your account mobile number or email and describe your request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or card PINs. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting.

7. Children

Our store is intended for people able to make their own purchases. Please contact us if you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted to us and you are their parent or lawful guardian.

8. Changes and complaints

We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page. For privacy questions or complaints, contact pagadaladelights@gmail.com and use the subject “Privacy complaint”. We will review and respond within a reasonable period. You may also use any statutory complaint or remedy available under applicable law.
